Most of what you see on this site comes from original work or properly attributed sources. Still, with guest contributors and external references, there’s always a chance that something slips through. If you believe your work has appeared on Buzz In Air without permission, we want to hear from you right away.

Need to File a Takedown Request?

If something on our site uses your content without approval, just email us. There’s no legal jargon needed, just include the basics so we can look into it:

• A short explanation of what the content is and why it belongs to you.
• The link (URL) where the content appears.
• Your name and contact details (email, phone, etc.).
• A clear statement that you did not authorize this use.
• A confirmation that your request is honest and accurate.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your message, we’ll:

• Review the content in question
• Take it down or restrict access if the claim checks out
• Notify the contributor or uploader (so they’re aware)

Most issues are resolved quickly, usually within a few business days.

Was Your Content Removed by Mistake?

If your post or content was taken down and you believe that was a mistake, don’t worry, you can respond.

Just email us with:

• Your contact info
• A description of the removed content
• A short explanation of why you believe it wasn’t a copyright violation
• A statement confirming that what you’re saying is accurate
• Your name (typed)

We’ll pass this on to the original complainant. If no legal action is taken within 10 business days, your content may be restored.

A Quick Word on Responsibility

While Buzz In Air features carefully created and reviewed content, we also host materials from contributors. We cannot monitor every word before it goes live, but when we’re alerted to a problem, we act fast.

That said, we ask that takedown requests be made responsibly. Submitting a false claim, knowingly, can have legal consequences.
